Leader's Guide to Understanding & Managing Unconscious Bias

This interactive session is designed to help managers and leaders understand the concept of unconscious bias as well as recognize situations where bias may have impacted his or her decision-making process.  Through small group exercises and large group discussion participants will gain strategies to manage and mitigate the impact of bias.

This workshop will help you:

  • Deepen your understanding of conscious and unconscious bias

  • Identify the biases that may be impacting your decisions and behavior

  • Gain strategies for managing bias and its impact

  • Recognize how HR can support a bias free work environment
